Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Stepora, the WhatsApp AI agent service for businesses. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. Last updated: 6 November 2026.

Stepora is operated from Pakistan. The service is sold through our online store “Pulse”, and the product is described there as an “AI Coach” — the WhatsApp AI agent that answers your customers on WhatsApp.

1. The service

Stepora is a software service (SaaS) that connects to your own WhatsApp Business number through Meta’s official WhatsApp Cloud API. The AI agent replies to your customers on WhatsApp using the business information you provide — your hours, prices, delivery areas, payment methods, and FAQs — takes cash-on-delivery and other orders, and hands conversations over to you when needed. The service also includes a Team Inbox, automations, broadcasts (off by default, and only sent with your confirmation), a wallet for billing, and CoPilot reporting.

What Stepora is not: it is not a WhatsApp account, and it does not replace Meta. You keep your own WhatsApp Business account with Meta, and Meta bills you directly for its own charges. Stepora is not a courier, a payment processor, or a bank — orders and payments between you and your customers remain your responsibility.

2. Plans and pricing

Plans are billed monthly, in US dollars:

On top of your plan, there is a per-message fee of $0.011 per message for the first 10,000 messages a month, then $0.006 per message above 10,000. Voice calls, when available, are $0.05 per minute. Meta charges separately on your own WhatsApp Business account at Meta’s own rates; Meta gives the first 1,000 service conversations per number, per month, free. Our $0.011 per-message platform fee still applies to every message, including messages inside Meta’s free conversations.

Your plan fee and per-message fees come out of your wallet balance. The minimum first top-up is $20. Sending stops if your balance reaches $0, so you never run up a bill you did not agree to. Prices are shown on the pricing page; if we change a price, we will tell you before the change applies to your account.

3. Billing

Billing is handled through Creem, our payment processor. Card payments are processed by Creem; we do not see or store your full card number. Your plan renews each month until you cancel. You are responsible for keeping a valid payment method and enough wallet balance for the messages you send.

Card checkout is currently in test mode; top-ups are arranged as manual requests until card checkout goes live. See the top-up guide for how top-ups work today.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your plan at any time from the panel, or by emailing support@stepora.xyz. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — your plan keeps working until then, and you are not charged for the next month. There is no cancellation fee. Per-message fees already charged are not refunded, and any wallet balance you do not use stays available until you ask us to close your account.

5. Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate plan charge, or a charge after you cancelled — email support@stepora.xyz with your account email, the date, and the amount, and we will look into it. We do not guarantee refunds; each request is decided on its facts, and we will tell you the decision and the reason plainly. Per-message fees for messages that were actually delivered are not refundable.

6. Your responsibilities

7. Acceptable use

Your use of the AI agent must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. That policy lists the prohibited uses of generated content — including illegal content, deception and fraud, spam, harassment and hate, impersonation, regulated advice given without qualification, and sexual or adult content — and explains enforcement. Violating it can lead to suspension or termination of your account. By using Stepora you agree to that policy as part of these terms.

8. Availability and liability

We work to keep Stepora available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. WhatsApp delivery depends on Meta, and message delivery, your internet connection, and Meta’s service are outside our control. Live voice calling is not yet available; voice-note replies work today.

To the extent the law allows: the service is provided “as is”, without warranties beyond those stated here; we are not liable for lost profits, lost sales, or business interruption caused by downtime, by Meta, or by the AI agent’s answers; and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if your payment fails repeatedly, or if your use of the service harms other users or the service itself. Where we can, we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix it. If we terminate your account for breach, plan fees already paid for the current period are not refunded. If you cancel (see §4), your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, where the business is located. Any dispute will be handled under Pakistani law. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest of the terms still apply.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, for material changes, tell you in the panel or by email before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
