Per-message fee
$0.011 per message for the first 10,000 messages a month, then $0.006 per message above 10,000. That $0.011 is $0.01 platform + $0.001 for the AI brain — it applies to service, marketing, and utility messages alike.
Meta charges separately — and the first 1,000 are free
Meta bills you directly on your own WhatsApp Business account, at Meta’s own rates. Meta gives you the first 1,000 service conversations per number, per month, free. A “conversation” is a 24-hour window with one customer — it is not 1,000 messages. Marketing template messages are charged by Meta and do not count toward the free conversations.
Our $0.011 per-message platform fee still applies to every message, including messages inside Meta’s free conversations. That is the honest split: Meta’s free tier saves you Meta’s charge, not ours.
Top-ups and wallet
Your plan fee and per-message fees come out of your wallet balance. Minimum first top-up is $20. The panel warns you when the balance runs low, and sending stops if the balance hits $0 — so you never run up a bill you didn’t agree to.
Honest label: online card checkout is in test mode. Top-ups are currently arranged as manual requests until card checkout goes live. See the top-up guide.
Voice calls
AI voice agent calls are priced at $0.05 per minute. Honest label: live voice calling is not yet available — the price is listed now so there are no surprises later. Voice-note replies are free and work today, on Growth and Business plans (Starter is text chat only).
What you will never pay
